"Hi, We installed the Coates Heater 12411 about 12 years ago in our apartment complex hottub which runs 247. It has been like the Everready battery. Just keeps on heating. I could‘nt be more pleased. I will finally have to order a new heating element. What a great heater,so happy to hear it is still being sold as so many products now days are discontinued just when you needs parts.
