Shipping is always free for customers who reside inside the continental United States. We do charge a $6.95 handling fee for any size order no matter if your order is $5 or $5,000, one item or 15 items the handling fee is always $6.95. So the more you order the more you save.
For our Alaska and Hawaii customers please email us for what you are looking at ordering and we will reply back to you with a total amount, including any additional shipping charges and how we can proceed with the order.
For our Canadian customers, any items which can be shipped via UPS, the handling fee for orders under $200.00 will be $19.95. For orders which can be shipped via UPS and are over $200.00, the handling fee is only $6.95. For items which need to be shipped freight, (i.e. Pool Heaters, or Pool Slides, etc) please contact us for freight quotes. Please note Canada customs duties, taxes and custom brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer to pay.
Please note: UPS Brokerage fees are running about $35.00-$60.00 USD no matter the cost of the item. UPS charges these fee on every shipment that comes into Canada from the US. On top of these brokerage fees you may be also charged taxes and or duties as well. These fees are charged by UPS not us and have nothing to do with the handling fee. We see zero dollars of these fees!! So please be aware of this before ordering so you are not surprised before hand. If you are ordering smaller parts, we can sometimes ship them USPS, but this is a different process and the handling fee will be $30.00 dollars and up. To accomplish this you must email us and we can further work this out on a time by time basis.
For International orders, we are happy to ship anywhere in the world, but in a day of internet fraud running rapid, we can only accept funds via a bank wire, and then we will ship via UPS to anywhere in the world. Please contact us for more details.
