Rates and Policies
Standard ground shipping is free on orders over $100, when shipped to an address in the continental US.
On orders under $100, shipping is charged based on an actual estimate of cost, up to $7.95.
Expedited shipping is available on some products. Additional charges will apply and depend on the product's size, destination address, and shipping method selected.
Hawaii and Alaska Shipping
Hawaii and Alaska are not eligible for free shipping. Items requiring freight delivery, such as pool heaters, spas, and above ground pools, may require additional shipping charges. Please contact our sales team for further details.
If you are located in Alaska or Hawaii and would like to place an order for an item that ships freight, please email us at sales@poolsupplyworld.com with the name and sku of the product you’re interested in. We'll reply within two business days with the total amount, including additional shipping charges and how we can proceed with the order.
International Shipping
While we are always excited to help new customers, we do not yet offer shipping to addresses outside the US.
