Our Return Policy

Here at Pool Supply World, we appreciate your patronage.  While we never expect an issue with a product, sometimes it may become necessary to return your purchase.  If the need should arise, within 30 days of delivery, please fill out our return form, here, and one of our support staff member will get in touch with you.  To be eligible for a refund, your must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) number.

• All returns are subject to up to a 20% restocking fee
• The handling fee is non-refundable
• Part orders (such as o-ring, gaskets, etc...), of under $50 are not refundable.
• Spa parts that have been installed, are covered under warranty but can not be returned for a refund.
• You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return item back to us, and the returned item must be received in the same condition it was delivered to you.
• Items such as (Liners, Solar Covers, Winter Covers, Polaris Pool Cleaners, etc...) are warranted by the manufacturer and we cannot accept returns on these items. 
  • If you find one of these items are not working properly, please contact the manufacturer directly.  Please find the contact information of these manufacturers here.
• Items must have original packaging, warranty cards, and ALL owners manuals to be returned.
• PoolSupplyWorld in the case of a misprinted price, your order will not be filled and money will be refunded in full within 24 hours.

If you have any problems with your item after 30 days, please let us know, and we will help you work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.
