Delivery Special Note: These water features ship factory direct from Jandy in Tennessee direct to our customer, although they ship direct, they might have to be manufactured and It can take up to two weeks before they ship. If you need these in more of a rush please contact us before ordering. We can sometimes put a special rush on the order for a small fee, but is not always possible. Like always we will contact you via email if its not going to be shipping in our 24-48 hour window, but you are always free to contact us, and we will be more than happy to let you know an ETA on your water feature.

If for some reason they are damaged in shipping, or are shipped incorrectly we will of course exchange them for free.
