"I have purchased 2 of these cleaners. I have an in ground 20K gallon pool. The first one lasted 6 years with heavy use. It does a good job of cleaning the pool. It picks up large leafs, small rocks and general dirt very well. On occasion, a twig can jam up the motion mechanism. I have no problem getting it unstuck. It rides up the pool walls. I now set the vacuum lower so it works fine but does not ride so far up the pool wall so it actually goes above the water and loses suction. If you take it out of the pool lay the hose straight or in a large coil. The heat of the sun can cause the hose to stay in that shape when you put it back in the pool."
