Natural Chemistry's enzymes are manufactured through the fermentation of a broad spectrum of annually renewable sources such as malt, botanicals and molasses. Each product is formulated to break down specific unwanted organic materials, molecule by molecule, until they are reduced to their elemental constituents - such as carbon dioxide and water.
Traditionally people have relied solely on chemicals to maintain their pools and spas. Sanitizers have been responsible for two functions: killing bacteria and/or viruses and other living organisms, and burning off organic material from the pool/spa water, unfortunately not very effectively. Clarifiers, flocs and various filter aids have taken their best shot, once again with limited results. "Organic material" including the non-living organics illustrated on the previous page can be eliminated best with one of nature's own bio chemical wonders; the enzyme. By combining with non-living organics, enzymes take on and eliminate the organic workload for the sanitizer. Sanitizers are still necessary to kill bacteria, viruses and other living organisms.

How does this program work?
The products you require depends on where you are with your chlorine generator pool.
  • SPRING OPENINGS:
    Add 1 litre Pool Magic+Phosfree to skimmer,(as per directions) after pool has been filled and filter running. This will get a jump on removing phosphates prior to testing for new season. As well the enzymes in this product will help attain a crystal clear pool from the start.
  • WHEN TESTING POOLS:
    Ensure that there is no live algae present (this provides you with an accurate test). If there is live algae, recommend an algaecide or chlorine to kill it prior to the test.
  • TEST RESULTS:
    **1500 ppb or lower can be treated with PHOSfree (as per directions)
    Continue with Pool Perfect + PHOSfree weekly. (IMPORTANT)
    **over 1500 ppb use PHOSfloc (balance water - alkalinity, ph at 7.2 and use 1-4lb tub per 10,000 gallons of water -will bring phosphates down to more manageable levels). Follow up with a 2 litre bottle of PHOSfree to remove balance of phosphates from fill water, if necessary. PHOSfloc MUST be vacuumed to waste. Never vacuum through filter.
    Continue with Pool Perfect + PHOSfree weekly. (as per directions)
  • WEEKLY MAINTENANCE PROGRAM:
    Pool Perfect + PHOSfree as per directions.
    **If pool owner is using a Stain & Scale or Chelating Agent(containing phosphonic acid), it is important to switch them to Natural Chemistry's Metal Free-as it does not add phosphates to the water.
    Continue with Pool Perfect + PHOSfree weekly.
  • CLOSING POOL:
    Add 1 litre Pool Magic+Phosfree to skimmer 2 weeks prior to closing. This removes any phosphates that may have accumulated since the initial treatment.
