Does Your TigerShark Pool Cleaner Get Stuck on the Pool Drain?

Recently we received a couple emails in regards to people that are using a Hayward TigerShark robotic pool cleaner. They were concerned because their cleaners were getting stuck on the pool drain. After a little research we found a part that will prevent this from happening.

The Tiger Shark High Velocity Inlet is designed to attach to the bottom of the cleaner, over the inlet ports. With the High Velocity inlet attached your Tiger Shark should be able to go up and over drains and drain covers with ease.

This inlets are available to anyone that bought a Tiger Shark pool cleaner by contacting Hayward and letting them know the problem you are having. The official Hayward part number is RCX17000.

Now your tiger shark should make it over drain covers
