NOx jointly refers to nitric oxide (NO) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2), two oxides of nitrogen that most affect pollution. Copper Heat Exchanger
All Raypak ASME gas heaters come standard with .065" wall integral copper finned tubes. This tubing is over 50% thicker in wall thickness than standard tubing. Since the fins are integral to the tube, maximum heat transfer is attained. The fin tubing is made from one piece of extruded copper tube, not from separate fins attached to the copper tubes. Every Raypak ASME has the same robust design tube bundle that is used in Raypak's large gas commercial boilers.
