Description
The Raypak Digital Cupro-Nickel Heater is a reliable pool and spa heater, using up to 399,000 BTUs for operation and built with a wind resistant, powder-coat finished cabinet. It features an LCD digital display that accurately exhibits pool temperature at all times and is designed to monitor operational status while offering service diagnostics for troubleshooting. A cupro-nickel heat exchanger holds up against corrosion for reinforced durability, and it is complete with an automatic bypass and unitherm governor to prevent condensation from building up.
A removable burner tray highlights the Raypak Digital Heater's convenience. It is designed with stainless steel burners and brass orifices for increased longevity, and a stainless steel heat shield and a spark-to-pilot ignition for heat initiation. The non-combustible base means the Raypak Digital Cupro-Nickel heater can be installed on a combustible surface for flexible setup. It uses 2" CPVC connections and 120/240V for operation.

The Raypak Digital gas heater comes with a microprocessor based thermostat control. The Raypak Digital is compatible with most major swimming pool control and remote systems on the market today. Any two-wire or three-wire remote can connect to the Raypak Digital and be integrated into the pool control system of your choice.
Cupro-Nickel Heat Exchanger
Raypak Digital heaters can be ordered with cupro-nickel fin tube heat exchangers for added protection against aggressive water chemistry. Although rare, there are certain applications, like health club spas, where copper are just not the best choice. Cupro-nickel offers superior tolerance to bad and fluctuating water chemistry, thanks to a harder surface and thicker walled fin tube.
