The Raypak Digital Cupro-Nickel Natural Gas Heater is a reliable pool and spa heater that uses 266,000 BTUs for operation and is built with a wind resistant, powder-coat finished cabinet. It features an LCD digital display that accurately exhibits pool temperature at all times, and it is designed to monitor operational status while offering service diagnostics for troubleshooting. A cupro-nickel heat exchanger holds up against corrosion, for reinforced durability, and the heater is constructed with an automatic bypass and unitherm governor to prevent condensation from building up.
A removable burner tray highlights its convenience. It is designed with stainless steel burners and brass orifices, for increased longevity, and boasts a stainless steel heat shield and spark-to-pilot ignition for heat initiation. A non-combustible base means the Digital Cupro-Nickel heater can be installed on a combustible surface, for flexible setup. It uses 2” CPVC connections and 120/240V for operation.

Cupro-Nickel Heat Exchanger
Raypak Digital heaters can be ordered with cupro-nickel fin tube heat exchangers for added protection against aggressive water chemistry. Although rare, there are certain applications, like health club spas, where copper are just not the best choice. Cupro-nickel offers superior tolerance to bad and fluctuating water chemistry, thanks to a harder surface and thicker walled fin tube.
