Product worked for three days and then disappeared from our network. Been on the phone with Pentair for hours and they are sending us a new unit. Rep from Pentair said these units are the old version.

I read some of the reviews in the Apple App Store, so I was a bit worried it would be one of those unreliable and hard to use tech gadgets that ended up never being used. With the exception of needing the firmware update from the Pentair website, I haven’t had a single problem. I didn’t purchase the wireless connection kit at first and planned on running a cable from our EasyTouch system to ensure connection reliability. There were some obstacles I didn’t feel like dealing with and ended up ordering .. more
