The A.O. Smith Two-Compartment Square Flange Pool Motor works efficiently with its two-speed design. It boasts a CCW Rotation on the pump end for installation and is Energy Efficient capacitor start delivers enhanced performance. With horsepower ratings ranging from 3/4-1/8"P to 2-1/3HP, the Two-Compartment Square Flange Pool Motor comes in Full or Up-Rated models and provides long lasting and trustworthy performance. The Two-Compartment Square Flange Pool Motor is used on many Sta-Rite, Red Jacket, Sears Jet and Pool Pumps products. Equipped with the ability to withstand ambient temperatures up to 50°C and constructed with and open drip proof enclosure, the Two-Compartment Square Flange Pool Motor is sure to last. This motor does not include a hi/lo switch but the end cover and switch assembly may be purchased separately for remote operation. The Two-Compartment Square Flange Pool Motor also meets California Energy Commission Appliance Regulations 2008 for ultimate efficiency.
